Pure Hoodia's response to the false and slanderous allegations made by
Mike Adams of News Target.com
-
Pure Hoodia, Inc. is selling counterfeit hoodia as verified by
independent lab testing.
-
- We strongly believe that the Hoodia that was
supposedly tested by Mr. Adams wasn't our Pure Hoodia product to begin with. The lab reported that the
substance that was tested was Tan in color. Pure Hoodia's product is Light
Green in color with Black specks in it, that is definitely a noticeable
difference. Pure Hoodia, Inc. also has on file COA's for every shipment
of raw Hoodia Gordonii material that Pure Hoodia, Inc. has ever received.
-
- Pure Hoodia, Inc. is failing to fill their
capsules with the promised quantity of powder. Our tests on a digital
scale showed that capsules from the
PureHoodia.com company contained only
290mg of powder, not 400mg.
-
- What a stupid thing for anyone to do. Think
about it, if you are going to fill capsules with counterfeit hoodia (or
saw dust as Mike Adams has claimed) the least you can do is put the right
amount in each capsule. Right?
It's obvious that the capsules in question were refilled by hand with less
of something else because the automated encapsulating equipment used to
fill the Pure Hoodia capsules can pack up to 488mgs of Hoodia Gordonii
Succulent powder in each capsule without using fillers like other older
encapsulating machines require.
Pure Hoodia capsules are filled in a modern FDA certified factory using
the lasted automated encapsulating equipment and machinery. Plus every
Pure Hoodia capsule that is filled is filled under the strictest FDA
guidelines and there are batch records kept for two years and signed off
at the factory for every capsule and bottle of Pure Hoodia made for
content and weight.
Here is a bottle of Pure Hoodia from
the same batch in question.

Note that our manufacture used #1
caps which hold over 400mgs each
and that the pills are NOT tan like his lab reports says but
light green.

Here is the signed C.O.A. from an
independent laboratory
that is kept on file for two years for that patch.
-
- Pure Hoodia, Inc. has sought to steal
intellectual property from a competing hoodia company by attempting to
preemptively register / steal its trademark and product name.
Pure Hoodia, Inc. has every right in the
world to apply for a Trademark that has not been applied for or previously
registered with the United States Patent Office. However it is against US
Trademark laws to lead the public to believe that a word or mark has been
registered with the United States Patent Office by using the Register
Trademark Symbol ®
when in reality a Trademark
application has never been filed.
According to the United States Patent Office the registration symbol
® tells the
public that the mark is federally trademark registered and protected.
Using the ®
without being federally trademark registered would be fraud.
- Pure Hoodia, Inc. has stolen Truth Publishing
content, modified the text, and posted a distorted version on their own
website in an attempt to mislead readers into believing that News
Target.com solely and exclusively recommends their product, which is
absolutely not the case.
Really, please show the public where Pure
Hoodia, Inc. has done so on their PureHoodia.com website. There was a link that Mr.
Adams had on his website Consumer alert: con artists sell
counterfeit hoodia gordonii as bogus weight loss pills
where on Dec. 05, 2004 Mr. Adams recommends Pure Hoodia, Inc. as a product that he has used
but it seems that Mr. Adams has since retracted the story completely from his
website. An attempt by Mr Adams to try to make a name for himself at
someone else's expense.
- Pure Hoodia, Inc. operates out of a Nevada
corporation set up and run by individuals who operate hundreds of small
Nevada corporations.
There are basically two reasons to set up a
Nevada corporation like this: 1) for legitimate asset protection reasons,
in case you happen to be a lawsuit target from unscrupulous ambulance
chasers and the like, and 2) for con artists, scammers and criminals who
want to be able to conduct business while making it nearly impossible for
them to be sued. You can guess which category Pure Hoodia probably belongs
to.
What a complete moron to believe that just
because a company sets up a Nevada Corporation the company therefore is
run by a bunch of con artist. There are more corporations both
private and public filed in
Nevada and Delaware combined than in all the other states in the US. If a company
was trying to be dishonest as Mike Adams is insinuating they wouldn't file
for corporate status in any state.
-
- However here is something you need to ask
yourself, why would Mike Adams run his companies out of a mail drop in
Taichung, Taiwan R.O.C.? Is it because he has
never filed any corporate records or federal tax information (EIN) in any
state in America. Therefore not only trying to evade summons and
lawsuits but also evading ever paying any local, federal or state tax.
Who's the SCAM now?
- Pure Hoodia, Inc. operates several companies and
brands of Hoodia, including the Hoodonii and Slimtron product lines, which
are advertised and promoted as separate companies, but are actually owned
and controlled by the same people.
Pure Hoodia, Inc. does not own or operate
the Hoodonii or Slimtron companies or brands. Feel free to contact
the owners of Hoodonii & Slimtron yourself. This is another obvious
attempt at Mr. Adams trying to smear innocent people just to make a name
for himself. Feel free to contact those companies and see for
yourself that Mr. Adams is a liar.
- Pure Hoodia, Inc. operates a series of fake
"consumer comparison" websites that deceive consumers into purchasing
their "top-rated" products, which are always products owned or controlled
by the Pure Hoodia, Inc. operators.
Pure Hoodia, Inc. does not operate any
fake "consumer comparison" websites unlike Mike Adams who operates the
following fake health websites:
News Target.com, Hoodia
Factor.com, Emerging Future.com,
Spam Anatomy.com, Vitamin Factor.org, Counter Think.com, Health
Factor.info, Junk Science.info, Brain Health News.com, Low Cholesterol
Diets.Diets Link.com, Search Engine Visibility.com, Public Health News.org,
Pharma Watch.info, Home
Toxins.com, Poison Pantry.org, Depression Factor.org & Consumer
Wellness.org just to name a few where he spreads his lies and
slanderous claims against Pure Hoodia, Inc
Mike Adams Claims:
Mike Adams claims to be the
primary content contributor of the largest health content network on the
Internet, he claims to have been chronically diseased. However Mr. Adams
post no medical records that can backup any of his story. At the age of
30, Adams claims that he was "nearly" obese, diabetic, depressed
and headed towards certain misery as another casualty of organized
medicine and prescription drugs. Mr. Adams claims that in trying to learn
how to improve his health, he stumbled across a world of "little-known
information" about disease prevention that put him on a whole new
journey towards perfect human health (and a way to make a fast buck over
the internet). Mr. Adams calls his Health advise the Health Intelligence
Files. Mr. Adams offers
his Health Intelligence E-Files for $995.00 or as he say's the cost for
one day stay in the hospital even though Mr. Adams says his Health
Intelligence Files are worth thousands of dollars.
These E-files are not printed books and
according to Mr. Adams "aren't quite finished yet" so he's letting people
have them now for only $299.00
As a self proclaimed holistic
nutritionist Mike Adams claims to have over 4,000 hours of study on
nutrition, wellness, food toxicology and the true causes of disease and
health. However Mr. Adams makes no claims of holding any degrees from any
formal educational institution and he is clearly not a Medical Doctor even
though his "Health Intelligence Files" are filled with tons of medical and
nutritional advise.
You have to ask yourself why would Mr. Adams highly recommend Pure
Hoodia, Inc. and their Pure Hoodia
product
and than all of a sudden turn around and dig up all kinds of dirt on the
company that he had previously highly recommended?
www.PureHoodia.com/NewsTarget.htm Mike Adams has claimed that he
never recommended Pure Hoodia, Inc. and that Pure Hoodia, Inc. took his
artical and reposted it to make it appear that he had. This too is
another one of Mike Adams lies based on this website that Mike Adams
forgot to remove.
CLICK HERE We don't know how long this website will remain
up but we have made copies of it as proof that Mike Adams is a liar and a
con artist!
-
- We hope that you now have a
clearer picture of who Mike Adams, Truth Publishing & News Target is and
you need to ask what are their real motives behind all of their
lies. Who is Mike Adams really
working for?
If you would really like to know who is really behind all of this we have
an Email that was sent to us from one of our competitors just days before
News Target changed their original story tilted "All out War". In
this competitors Email it states how (in their words) they are going to
"Drop the Big Bomb" on you (One of the principles of Pure Hoodia, Inc.)
and your company (Pure Hoodia, Inc.) If you would like to see a copy
of this Email, please contact our legal dept. at:
PureHoodia@Lawyer.com
Lastly on a more personal note: It's obvious that Truth Publishing
aka News Target never really wanted to know the truth! Because they
admittedly had our direct phone number and they had called and spoke to us
on a couple occasions. They picked our brains about hoodia Gordonii
when they knew nothing about it at all and Pure Hoodia, Inc. freely told
them everything that they wanted to know, even confidential trade secrets
and private information. They never attempted to call us
once their motives were redirected. They won't admit that most of
the information that was dug up (some of which was obtained illegally) on
Pure Hoodia, Inc. wasn't dug up by Them or anyone on their staff. It
was dug up by one of our competitors and given to them for our competitors
benefit. Pure Hoodia, Inc. has a direct line and ongoing
communications with our local federal FDA agent. If the claims that
News Target made were true the FDA would have filed charges against Pure
Hoodia, Inc. a long time ago. We have met with the FDA three times and
they know who we are and how to get a hold of us. However, people
are becoming more and more aware of who's behind Truth Publishing and News
Target and all of the scam's that they are doing over the internet
including their spam software and their phony health reports. It's
only a matter of time until the Federal Government uncovers their
Taiwan front and all of the walls come tumbling down around them.
Too bad that they employ innocent people who could end up locked
behind bars because of Truth Publishings unscrupulous actions.
